📍 Location: Hamburg, Germany (On-site / Field focus)
Lead from the Front: You don't just sit in the office. You are out in the field, coaching your team on efficient prospecting, walk‑ins, and delivering compelling live demos.
Scale the Team: You will hire, onboard, and mentor top talent to build a high‑performing field sales unit.
Drive Growth: You own the new business targets. Through strategic territory expansion and customer base growth, you ensure we hit our goals.
Data‑Driven Decisions: You utilize Salesforce to master forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and optimize your team's activity metrics.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: You act as the bridge between Sales and Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in hiring, leading, and coaching a full‑cycle sales team (from prospecting to closing).
Outbound DNA: You have a passion for being in the field. Outbound sales experience is a must—you lead by example.
Tech‑Savvy: You are experienced in using Salesforce for reporting and accurate forecasting (not a requirement).
Industry Fit: Experience within SaaS, Hospitality, or Restaurant Tech is a strong plus.
