I'm running a highly confidential search for a senior digital leader to join a high growth business.

What you’ll be doing

This is a true growth + commercial ownership role. You’ll shape the digital direction, own outcomes, and have influence over where the business invests (and why).

• Set and deliver the digital strategy in line with commercial goals
• Own performance end-to-end — targets, outcomes, accountability
• Take ownership of the acquisition channel mix (scaling what works, fixing what doesn’t) across channels like paid search, paid social, marketplaces, native/display, video
• Own all e-commerce channels: on-site performance, conversion, merchandising, and the levers that move revenue
• Drive CRM and retention: lifecycle thinking, repeat, loyalty, and improving customer value over time
• Oversee planning, prioritisation and budget decisions across channels
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and keep everyone aligned
• Build capability: team, partners, agencies — whatever’s needed to win

What we’re looking for

• Senior digital leadership experience with a strong commercial mindset
• Proven P&L ownership (full or significant responsibility)
• Strong track record delivering growth across the full digital mix — acquisition channels, e-commerce trading and CRM/retention
• Consumer DTC background is essential
