Zusammenfassung

roadsurfer seeks a senior finance professional to lead strategic corporate financing and shape future transactions, including forward flow and ABS structures. You will design financing formats and manage end-to-end debt executions while maintaining strong relations with banking partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Fleet Strategy and Operations, improving data quality with cross-functional teams, and advising the CFO/CEO on key financial decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, finance or comparable field.
• 8+ years of experience in structuring and executing corporate financings and/or corporate lending.
• Experience driving data quality and reliable reporting at scale.
• Strong grasp of contractual, tax, economic and accounting matters.

The Role - Your Passion

• You lead all matters of strategic corporate financing, you pave the way for strategising and execution of the future transaction of roadsurfer including forward flow, term ABS etc.
• Be in charge of designing structured financing formats and independently execute new (debt) financings end to end – from term sheet through to closing.
• Own the relationship with our financing banks: develop reporting standards, prepare and run Q&A sessions, and represent roadsurfer as a credible, trusted counterpart.
• Take responsibility for financing planning in close coordination with the leaders of Fleet Strategy and Fleet Operations.
• Partner closely with Data, Controlling and business teams to improve the reliability of core reporting and to close gaps in data quality before they reach investors, banks or the board.
• Work directly with the CFO, CEO and Director Finance on strategic questions and decisions within Corporate Finance.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of experience and a strong track record in structuring and executing corporate financings (ideally with a connection to asset financing) and/or in corporate lending at a bank.
• Experience owning or driving data quality and reporting quality – you care that the numbers are right and you know how to make them reliable at scale.
• Enjoyment working with contractual, tax, economic and accounting matters as well as complex financing structures.
• A hands-on mentality and solution orientation, paired with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Working on half a billion camper van transactions excites you.
• Strong communication skills, and sharp analytical abilities.
• AI proficiency is appreciated.
• Fluent English is required. German fluency is appreciated.
