Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Cluster Video Multimedia (AM CSV) to join our Team

• Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market needs
• Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market presence
• Customer Projects: Lead and oversee customer projects from inception to successful completion, focusing on timely delivery and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Product Management: Manage the entire product management process, including product development, launch, and lifecycle management, ensuring products meet market expectations
• P&L Responsibility: Monitor and manage the product's financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining long-term business success

The Role can either be based in Villingen, Germany or India.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.)
• Several years experience in product management and customer acquisition
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage financial aspects of product management, including P&L responsibility
• Verbal and written language fluency in English required
