The Head of AI will join Stillfront’s Growth Platform and play a central role in shaping and executing the group’s AI strategy. This leader will work cross-functionally with franchise game teams, data, technology, and marketing units to identify and scale high-impact AI use cases that drive measurable improvements across the portfolio. From optimizing player engagement and game experience to enhancing internal efficiencies, the Head of AI will be the key catalyst for innovation through artificial intelligence.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead Stillfront’s group-level AI efforts. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that embed AI into the core of our games, services, and operations. This hands-on leadership role will require both technical depth and strategic thinking, as you guide the evaluation, adoption, and successful deployment of AI solutions across a diverse range of game studios and business domains.

YOUR MISSION

Define and lead the execution of Stillfront’s AI strategy, aligned with long-term business objectives.

Partner closely with Franchise teams, Data, Tech, and any other relevant team to identify high-impact use cases and accelerate adoption.

Launch and scale AI initiatives that directly improve player experience, studio productivity, and business performance.

Drive Stillfront’s AI Champions program to empower studio-level experts through training, tooling, and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with leading academic institutions, research labs, and industry partners to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.

Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and vendors that align with studio needs and strategic priorities.

Establish KPIs and measure the success and ROI of AI implementations across multiple domains.

YOUR BACKSTORY

Significant experience in AI / ML with hands-on engineering or data science background.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional AI projects from strategy to execution.

Deep understanding of the gaming industry, player behavior, and development pipelines.

Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact.

Experience navigating diverse stakeholder environments and driving alignment across functions.

Familiarity with modern AI / ML tooling and platforms

Passionate about continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move from vision to prototype to scalable implementation.
