Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You define and execute the product line strategy aligned with BL and company objectives.
• You define and develop new growth markets for MR as imaging modality – for new customer groups and/or new clinical fields.
• You set revenue, market share, and profitability targets for the product line.
• You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, margin, and market share, optimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
• You oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to phase‑out.
• You prioritize the product roadmap, based on customer insights and business impact.
• You work closely with sales and marketing teams to define pricing, go‑to‑market strategies, and promotional plans.
• You ensure strong customer engagement and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• You lead and manage teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• You align internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and executive leadership.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You demonstrated experience in defining product vision, leading end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, and driving innovation across complex portfolios.
• You translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps.
• You have a deep understanding of diagnostic imaging technologies, ideally with hands‑on experience in MRI systems. You are familiar with clinical workflows and imaging modalities to ensure strategic decision‑making.
• You interpret clinical needs and translate them into impactful product features and solutions.
• You have a proven track record in identifying growth opportunities, launching products in new markets, and building strategic go‑to‑market plans.
• You have a deep knowledge in assessing market dynamics and developing partnerships that accelerate.
