Jobtailor in Bavaria seeks a senior Electrical Engineering leader to oversee the Electrical Engineering team, ensuring compliance with all regulations and the safe, economical operation of plant electrical systems and supply networks. You will drive the development of strategies to increase plant availability, manage maintenance and budgets, and commission new plants into regular operation.

• Several years of professional experience leading electrical operations or maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Experience as a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) or comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge of operating medium- and low-voltage systems.
• Very good knowledge of relevant statutory regulations, standards and codes (VDE, DGUV, BetrSichV etc.).
• Experience fulfilling operator obligations.
• Experience planning and implementing technical investment and maintenance measures.
• Confident use of CAFM, ERP and MS Office systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Electrical Engineering team.
• Serving as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK).

• Implementing and supporting technical construction and infrastructure projects as client or client representative.
• Supporting and advising internal customers and departments on all electrical engineering matters.
• Selecting, qualifying and developing electrical specialists.
