Tesla Germany GmbH in Berlin sucht eine/n VEFK Elektrofachkraft (Planung und Ausführung von Gebäudetechnik) zur Unterstützung des Technical Engineer Center. Sie übernehmen die Planung, Beschaffung und Errichtung elektrischer Systeme und arbeiten eng mit Fachabteilungen zusammen.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, VEFK-Zertifikat gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10 und mehrjährige Erfahrung. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fließendes Englisch sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder höher im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
• VEFK-Nachweis gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10 erforderlich.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Planung, Errichtung und Abnahme elektrischer Systeme.
• Kenntnisse der VDE-Normen.
• Fließendes Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse.

• Einführung und Sicherstellung von Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Mitarbeitenden.
• Regelmäßige Begehungen der Bau- und Inbetriebnahme.

• Unterstützung bei sicherheits- und umweltrelevanten Aufgaben.
• Aufbau technischer Strukturen im Elektrotechnikbereich und Führungsfunktionen.
• Durchführung routinemäßiger elektrotechnischer Wartungsarbeiten.
• Qualitäts- und Abnahme-Management, inklusive Audits.
• Durchführung von Risikobewertungen und Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen.

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated VEFK Elektrofachkraft (Planung und Ausführung von Gebäudetechnik) for our Berlin Technical Engineer Center. The Engineering team drives to create the future by overseeing the testing of cutting‑edge technology to support highly innovative manufacturing processes. The VEFK carries the electrical engineering responsibility as the responsible initiator and coordinator for all processes in the Technical Engineering Center (BTEC) that involve the planning, procurement, and construction (Errichtung) of electrical systems.

• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations (Gesetze, Normen), and occupational safety requirements (Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen)
• Introduction, implementation and assurance of measures serving the protection of employees when working with electrical systems and equipment
• Regular inspections (Begehungen) of systems under construction to ensure compliance with specifications
• Independent electrical acceptance (Abnahme) of machines and systems, and technical support during commissioning (Inbetriebnahme) of electrical systems
• Support in carrying out tasks aimed at improving occupational safety as well as environmental and health protection
• Establishment and maintenance of a technical structure in the field of electrical engineering, including corresponding leadership and supervisory functions (Leitungs- und Aufsichtsfunktionen), in coordination with department management
• Carry out routine electrical maintenance activities, including work order action and operational tasks as needed
• Electrical quality and acceptance management, including audits
• Conducting risk assessments, creating work and operating instructions, and providing related training
• Completed vocational training (Bachelor Professional Engineer / Master Craftsman / Staatlich geprüfter Technikerin / Meisterin) in the field of electrical engineering or equivalent discipline, or alternatively an equivalent degree (Dipl. Ing. or Bachelor/ Master)
• Qualification to fulfill the duties of a Responsible Electrical Engineer (VEFK) in accordance with DIN VDE 1000-10 is mandatory
• Several years of experience in the planning, installation (Errichtung), and acceptance (Abnahme) of electrical systems
• Relevant knowledge of VDE standards
• Fluent German and B2 English
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner, along with strong teamwork and communication skills (Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit)
