Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation in Bremen sucht einen Hardware Test und Verification Engineer (m/w/d) zur Direktvermittlung. Sie entwickeln und verifizieren elektronische Bauteile für Fluganwendungen und unterstützen Bring-up, Fehlersuche und Validierung.

Sie planen Umweltprüfungen (Thermal, Thermovac) und führen EMC/ESD sowie Stoß- und Vibrationsprüfungen gemäß Spezifikationen durch; enge Abstimmung mit Systems Engineering; gute Englischkenntnisse erwünscht, Deutsch vorteilhaft.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung, idealerweise in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Mess- und Prüfanlagen (Oscilloskope, Logikanalysatoren, elektronische Lasten, Labor-Netzteile).
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Definition und Durchführung von Prüfverfahren für Verifikation und Validierung elektrischer Bauteile.
• Entwurf und Entwicklung von Prüfhardware zur Unterstützung von Verifikations- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten.
• Unterstützung beim Bring-up, der Inbetriebnahme, Fehleranalyse und Validierung von Schaltungen für Fluganwendungen.
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Umweltprüfkampagnen, inklusive Thermal- und Thermovakuumtests.
• Durchführung von EMC/ESD-, Stoß- und Vibrationsprüfungen gemäß Projektspezifikationen.
• Anforderungengineering und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Systems Engineering.
• Beitrag zu Designreviews und technischer Support über den Produktlebenszyklus hinweg

Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

For an innovative company in the aerospace industry located in the Bremen area, we are seeking a Hardware Test and Verification Engineer (m/w/d)at the earliest possible date. This position is offered as a direct hire (permanent placement) opportunity.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Develop, define, and execute electrical test procedures for the verification and validation of electronic units
• Design and develop test hardware to support unit-level verification and qualification activities
• Support the bring-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation of electronic circuits for flight applications
• Plan, coordinate, and execute environmental test campaigns, including thermal and thermal-vacuum testing
• Manage and perform EMC/ESD as well as shock and vibration test activities in accordance with project requirements
• Perform requirements engineering and collaborate closely with Systems Engineering to ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Contribute to design reviews and provide technical support for parallel development and project activities throughout the product lifecycle

Ihr Profil:

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in testing, ideally within the aerospace industry
• Proficient in using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, electronic loads, and laboratory power supplies
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, troubleshooting, and fault analysis of electronic circuits and systems
• High level of initiative, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently and reliably on complex projects
• Very good written and spoken English skills, ideally complemented by German language skills; a valid Class B driver’s license is an advantage
