Zusammenfassung

Pixida, a technology consultant and developer for digitalization and mobility, seeks an experienced hardware developer (m/w/d) to join our product development team for embedded devices. You will create concepts and prototypes and accompany products through final qualifications and production.

You will work on cutting-edge technology projects and strive for excellence with a collaborative team in Munich, Germany. Proficiency in German and English at C1 is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in a technically relevant subject such as electrical engineering, (technical) computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or comparable.
• Proven experience as a hardware developer/system engineer/architect.
• Schematic and/or PCB design experience using Altium Designer, CAD and relevant tools.
• Sound knowledge of development processes and basic knowledge of RF engineering and hardware qualification testing.
• Strong understanding of system analysis methods and relationship to development artifacts and phases; some experience in M-CAD construction (Autodesk Fusion) and 3D printing preferred.
• German and English language skills at C1 level required.

Aufgaben

• Hardware development of test and production setups for electronic devices designed in-house; mechanical construction of electronics housing and test adapter parts.
• Schematic and PCB design.
• Analysis and creation of requirements and specifications; structuring and modeling of systems.
• Coordination of system interfaces with customers, internal departments, and external suppliers.
• Development of system models (states, activity, use case models, etc.) and participation in system analyses.
• Support of qualification processes (environmental & EMC) and supplier steering during development.

Tasks

• Hardware development of test and production setups for electronic devices designed in-house, mechanical construction of electronics housing, and test adapter parts.
• Schematics and PCB design.
• Analysis and creation of requirements and specifications, and structuring and modeling of systems.
• Coordination of system interfaces with customers, internal departments, and external suppliers.
• Development of system models (states, activity, use case models, etc.) and participation in system analyses.
• Alignment with and support of qualification responsibly (environmental & electromagnetic compatibility) and supplier steering during the development phase.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technically relevant subject such as electrical engineering, (technical) computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or comparable.
• Proven experience as a hardware developer/system engineer/architect.
• Schematics and/or PCB design experience in a professional setting, ideally using Altium Designer, CAD and relevant tools.
• Sound knowledge of development processes, and basic knowledge of RF engineering and hardware qualification testing.
• Strong understanding of system analysis methods and their relationship to development artifacts and phases, and some experience in M-CAD construction (ideally Autodesk Fusion) and 3D printing, is preferable.
• German and English language skills at C1 level required.
