Job summary

Join a leading Nordic hairdressing chain in an international setting. You will perform dry cuts for women and men, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote hair care products to clients.

Relocation support is provided (flight coverage and arrival assistance). Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for 0–2 years of experience, with bonuses based on performance and product sales; a 37-hour week with two Saturdays off per month, and overtime paid.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hairdressing experience or a formal hairdressing qualification.
• English level at least B1.
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.

Responsibilities

Perform dry cuts for women and men. Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients' needs. Promote and sell hair care products. Requirements

• At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
• European passport.

Competitive salary structure

We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses will be added based on performance, overtime, and product sales. For candidates with more experience, salary increases accordingly.

Schedule & flexibility

Enjoy a 37-hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
