Our mission is to unlock private capital at the scale of billions to address the world’s greatest challenges, starting with climate change. Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially-driven, entrepreneurial intern to support the rollout of Carbon Equity’s go-to-market strategy in Germany. As GTM & Investor Growth Intern, you will work closely with the Country Manager to execute high-impact sales, marketing, and operational initiatives — increasingly powered by AI and modern GTM tooling — that help us reach and convert new investors.
Note: This is not an investment-focused role. The emphasis is on commercial execution, workflow building, and go-to-market operations. Applicants looking for an investment analysis internship should not apply.
This is where the role gets distinctive. We use AI tools actively — not as a novelty, but as genuine operational infrastructure. You will:
No prior experience with specific tools required — you’ll pick them up fast. What matters is the instinct to reach for automation and the discipline to build things that actually work.
Events are a core part of our Germany GTM. You’ll support the full event lifecycle:
You’re motivated by targets, energized by outreach, and love building commercial relationships. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send a cold email, or push for a meeting.
You’re curious about AI tools and automation — and excited to use them to make sales smarter, not just faster. You don’t just complete tasks; you ask "how could this be automated next time?" You treat every repetitive workflow as a design problem waiting to be solved.
You bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems. You have strong research skills and can synthesize insights that inform commercial strategy.
You take ownership of your work and go beyond the minimum. You manage your time independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust team.
You believe in the urgency of climate action and want to make a real-world impact. You’re excited by the intersection of sustainability, finance, and technology.
