Alasco is seeking a hands-on engineer at the intersection of GTM and AI to build systems that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will own end-to-end delivery from scoping to shipping and upkeep, closely aligned with GTM Leadership.

You’ll design pipelines for lead identification, retention-risk scoring, and LLM-based enrichment, while maintaining integrations across tools. The role emphasizes Python, AI, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid Munich environment.

Qualifikationen

This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of GTM and AI. You build the systems that help Sales, Marketing, and CS work on the right things: automated lead identification, scoring models that flag retention risks before anyone notices them, LLM pipelines, custom integrations.

You own what you build end-to-end - scoping, shipping, keeping it running. You work closely with GTM Leadership.

What You'll Do

• Source pipeline from external data: Scrape and process signals from outside the CRM - news, public records, company announcements - and integrate them back into the CRM, the place where Sales Reps work.
• Build scoring and enrichment systems: Retention risk, account health, lead scoring: models that pull from transcripts, tickets, emails, and external data to give teams early signals on what needs attention.
• Write the automation no tool covers: You bring n8n or make.com workflows to the next level. Python scripts, LLM pipelines, vector databases, API integrations to get the best outcome.
• Keep the revenue infrastructure running: The data flows, enrichment logic, and integrations between tools that don't connect natively. You own the technical layer and keep it working as the stack grows.

What We're Looking For

• You have a technical degree. Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar. You're at home in both the data and the business context.
• Python is your default for anything complex. You write scripts, pipelines, and integrations from scratch and know when no-code is the right call and when it isn't.
• You feel comfortable with AI. You've built LLM pipelines, vector databases, RAG, sentiment analyses. You understand how these systems behave in practice, not just in theory.
• You're comfortable with unstructured data: transcripts, scraped articles, emails. Extracting a usable signal from a messy input is a normal part of your work.
• You're fluent in German and English. You'll move between both daily, with the team and across the company.
