Overview
The Strategy Lead - Growth is a high-impact role focused on defining and executing the strategic initiatives that drive accelerated GMV growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across a regional or functional area. You will work closely with executive leadership to identify new growth vectors, optimize existing go-to-market strategies, and translate high-level objectives into concrete, measurable projects. You own strategic initiatives end-to-end: You drive efforts with steadfast focus until objectives are met.
This role requires a strong analytical foundation, deep knowledge of GTM playbooks, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations).
