Qualifikationen

• Опыт работы с цифровыми каналами привлечения и удержания: Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO и Brand campaigns
• Опыт дизайна или управления A/B тестами и growth-экспериментами
• Уверенное владение инструментами аналитики: Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library
• Опыт работы с системами управления проектами: Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp
• Опыт интеграции ИИ и автоматизации в рабочие процессы (ChatGPT, AI Agents, n8n и пр.)

Aufgaben

• Анализируйте рынки, конкурентов и источники трафика, чтобы выявлять возможности для новых воронок, креативов и growth-экспериментов
• Преобразуйте инсайты в гипотезы и приоритизируйте тесты с ясными метриками успеха
• Запускайте и управляйте кросс-функциональными проектами для проверки новых воронок и оптимизации существующих для ROAS и конверсии
• Сотрудничайте с командами бренда, перформанс и продукта для согласования маркетинговых инициатив с бизнес-целями
• Используйте инструменты ИИ и автоматизацию для ускорения исследований, отчетности и создания креативов
• Разрабатывайте дашборды и фреймворки для отслеживания эффективности воронок и результатов тестирования
• Выявляйте узкие места в доставке, предлагайте структурные улучшения процессов и обеспечивайте выполнение в сроки
• Готовьте регулярные отчеты и ростовые гайды с выводами по рынку, тестам и дальнейшим шагам

Задачи:

• Analyze markets, competitors, and traffic sources to identify opportunities for new funnels, creatives, and growth experiments
• Translate insights into actionable hypotheses and prioritize tests with clear success metrics
• Launch and manage cross-functional projects that validate new funnels or optimize existing ones for ROAS and conversion
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate research, reporting, and creative production
• Develop dashboards and frameworks for tracking funnel performance and test outcomes
• Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose structural process improvements, and drive execution to deadlines
• Prepare regular reports and growth playbooks summarizing market findings, test learnings, and next steps

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience managing growth or marketing projects in digital products
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels, including Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, and Brand campaigns
• Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments
• Confidence with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Similar Web, Ahrefs, and Meta Ads Library
• Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar
• Proven experience integrating AI and automation, including ChatGPT, AI Agents, n8n, Replicate, Fal.ai, or custom GPTs, into workflows
• Strong communication, prioritization, and reporting skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear business decisions
• Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
