For our Munich office, we are looking for a growth marketing manager (f / m / d) in full time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team
  • Organize and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximize lead capture
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Design and manage lead nurturing programs, including email campaigns, webinars, and gated content
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performance
  • Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep-tech, or hardware/equipment industry
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Independent, proactive, and well-organized working style
  • Open-minded, collaborative personality with a solution-focused approach
