As part of our award-winning global Brand and Marketing team, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate business growth across our sustainable stainless steel portfolio with volume markets, with a strong focus on Central Europe and the German-speaking (DACH) markets.
You will work hands‑on with growth campaigns, analytics, and experimentation, while collaborating closely with sales and other stakeholders. You will contribute to the evolution of Outokumpu’s global marketing capabilities by advancing data‑driven ways of working, marketing technologies, and digital and AI‑enabled growth approaches.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute data‑driven growth marketing programs for assigned industry segments, products, and customer base, with a focus on DACH and European volume markets
  • Build customer and market insight – including personas, segmentation, and differentiated messaging – and translate commercial objectives into measurable growth plans across awareness, demand, and pipeline
  • Design, optimize, and scale multi‑channel growth campaigns across paid and organic channels, web, trade media, and content marketing, with clear performance and ROI tracking
  • Work closely with sales, market development, and product management as a trusted growth partner, aligning marketing with business targets and funnel performance
  • Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new approaches, sharing best practices and learnings, and contributing to scalable tools, frameworks, and marketing technologies – while ensuring alignment with the global brand platform
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or marketing communications
  • Proven experience in data‑driven demand generation and funnel optimization, ideally in volume‑driven or European markets
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German. Additional languages are considered a plus.>
  • Growth‑oriented mindset: Curiosity, experimentation, and a focus on measurable impact across the customer acquisition funnel
  • Content and digital capability: Hands‑on experience with content marketing, digital campaigns, and AI‑enabled marketing tools
  • Collaboration and execution: Structured project management skills and confidence to work closely with sales, product, and commercial stakeholders
