Interroll Conveyor GmbH is seeking a high-impact leader to lead and develop a group of project managers, driving performance, accountability and continuous improvement in a global, technology-driven environment.

You will own complex programs, ensure on-time delivery, coach leaders, implement governance, and foster an international project-management network across Interroll. Fluent in English and German; a track record delivering multidisciplinary projects and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology-driven environment.
• Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully.
• Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are required.
• Highest level of accountability and ownership.

• Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials through structured reporting and KPIs.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces.
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs.
• Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices in project execution.
• Establish and foster global project management network within Interroll.
