Zusammenfassung

Communardo Software GmbH is seeking a finance leader to own group management reporting, investor reporting and bank/covenant reporting across eleven countries. The role focuses on scaling finance processes, building coordination routines and ensuring reliable reporting as the group expands.

You will lead teams across accounting and controlling, drive intercompany frameworks and tax planning, and partner with the CFO to execute strategic finance projects in a global context.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You own the numbers that matter: full responsibility for group management reporting, investor reporting, and bank/covenant reporting

• You scale what's working: as we grow across eleven countries, you take our Finance processes and standards to the next level - building coordination routines, sharpening accountability, and making sure reporting stays reliable as the group keeps expanding

• You're part of the bigger picture: as we continue to grow, you contribute to how we structure, integrate and position the group - from intercompany frameworks to tax planning and strategic finance projects.

• You lead teams, not just processes:you build and develop strong teams across accounting and controlling.

• You decide: finance requests, escalations, projects - they land with you and you resolve them. You have the mandate, the team, and the CFO's full backing to act.

YOU COME WITH

• 5-10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years directly leading a team

• Proven experience in an international group structure with consolidated reporting

• An operational-excellence mindset - you build processes, structures, and accountability systems, not just reports

• Strong command of the numbers - you spot anomalies and question them actively, rather than just managing a process

• A structured, process-oriented leadership style that leads through clarity and reliability

• Decision-maker-level communication, both internally (CFO, country GMs) and externally (banks, auditors)

• A bias for independent decisions in your operational area

• Fluent German and business-fluent English
