LTTS is seeking a Grid-Forming Control Engineer in Hamburg, Germany. The role focuses on synchronization, PLL development, and weak-grid engineering within power electronics and grid-integrated systems.

You will work with MATLAB/Simulink modelling, real-time testing on HIL/CHIL platforms, and cross-functional teams to ensure stable grid performance. A minimum of 3 years in converter control is required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in power electronics, grid-connected converters, and renewable-energy integration.
• Expertise in grid-forming and grid-following control concepts, including dq0-based current control and voltage-forming control structures.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink modelling, analysis, and control-algorithm development.
• Experience using HIL/CHIL platforms for real-time testing (e.g., dSPACE, RTDS, Typhoon HIL, OPAL-RT).
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in converter control, power electronics, or grid-integration engineering.
