I’m working with leading renewable energy developer delivering wind, solar, and large-scale battery storage projects across Germany. To accelerate their growth, i’m looking for a German Fluent Grid Connection Manager who will play a crucial role in integrating renewable assets into the public grid.

The Opportunity

As a Grid Connection Manager, you will take full ownership of planning and implementing grid connections for PV, wind, and storage projects-guiding each step from feasibility to commissioning. You’ll collaborate closely with grid operators, negotiate technical and regulatory requirements, manage infrastructure tenders, and ensure every project meets grid codes and certification standards.

What You Bring

• Degree in industrial, electrical, or energy engineering-or equivalent vocational training
• Proven project management experience in medium-voltage or substation projects
• Background with project developers, network operators, engineering firms, EPCs, or HV equipment manufacturers
• Excellent German skills (C1+)
