Job summary

Oxygen at Work in Berlin is seeking a Greenery Specialist to maintain plants across offices in the Berlin region. This full-time role offers relocation assistance and on-the-job learning to get you up to speed quickly.

You will travel between sites with a Category B license, perform regular maintenance, help set up new projects, and contribute to employees' well-being. A German course and structured training are provided, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No gardening training required; we’ll teach you everything you need.
• Category B driver's license; travel by car between sites.
• Good observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized way.

Your mission

A green thumb is all you need, we’ll take care of the rest. As we continue to grow steadily, we’re looking for a new team member to join us as a gardener for the Berlin region. Whether you already have experience with plants or are just starting out in this field, you’ll learn everything you need with us, directly on the job.

As part of our team, you’ll work independently in offices across the Berlin region and take care of our plants so they always look as beautiful as on the first day. In addition to regular maintenance rounds, you’ll also help set up new projects. In this varied role, you’ll get to know many different offices and make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of employees.

Your profile
