Green Fusion GmbH seeks a creative designer to join the Communications & Marketing team. Your work will shape the company’s visual identity, develop marketing materials and support video production within an innovative, sustainability‑focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Corporate Design: Own and evolve the visual style guide, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and produce marketing collateral – flyers, whitepapers, website visuals, social‑media graphics, and online ads.
  • Video editing – create explainer and teaser videos using in‑house footage or online resources, and coordinate production with external videographers when needed.
  • Website and tools: upload finalized designs directly to the website and HubSpot newsletters.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies on video projects and campaign visuals.
  • Drive brand strengthening initiatives through innovative visual concepts.
Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design or equivalent professional experience in visual communication/design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate design, marketing design or a comparable role, preferably in a B2B setting.
Design & Tools
  • Strong aesthetic sense, typography, and layout skills with a user‑centric design approach.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Comfortable with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar).
  • Familiarity with animation tools (After Effects) is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
