Job summary

YO AI Labs, based in Frankfurt with remote worldwide reach, seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback. You will work on graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and more.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent work, and timely delivery in a remote setup. Prior paid AI-human data experience is required; a degree is not necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.
