PB3C GmbH ищет таланта в команду для креативной разработки и реализации контента в социальных сетях и видеоматериалов. Вы будете отвечать за концепцию, монтаж и анимацию коротких видео и графики для клиентов и мероприятий.

Требуется 2–3 года опыта, владение Adobe Creative Suite и знание немецкого языка на высоком уровне; приветствуется английский. Возможна удалённая работа частично, офис в Берлине. Предусмотрены обучающие программы и развитие навыков.

Qualifications

• Доказано 2–3 года опыта создания контента для социальных сетей (агентство приветствуется).
• Натуральное владение пакетом Adobe Creative Suite; умение редактировать видео и анимацию.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и реализация контента для соцсетей: посты, сторисы, рилсы и реклама.
• Редактирование и анимация коротких видеороликов и трейлеров для онлайн-каналов.
• Создание графики и анимаций для проектов; постпродакшн материалов с площадок события.
• Создание и настройка контента с использованием инструментов AI; работа с руководствами фирменного стиля.
• Сотрудничество с командами Social Media Management и Content для достижения охвата.

Real estate industry—sounds dry? The exact opposite is true! After all, real estate is part of society. It shows how we live, work and think. This means it plays an important role in topics such as environmental sustainability, as well as in politics around home ownership and rents, and in urban development. In short: we need to rethink real estate. That’s exactly what we do at PB3C together with our clients.

Задачи:

Together with your team, you are responsible for the creative development and implementation of social media content (posts, stories, reels, ads) and videos for our clients. You handle the concept, editing and animation of short videos for all online channels, e.g. short trailers, logo animations and podcasts. Creation of graphic designs and animations for various projects (social media, events, web content, presentations). Post-production of raw footage from event shoots and in-house productions is also part of your responsibilities. You create and optimize content using various AI tools. Creation of and work with corporate design manuals and different design specifications. You work closely with colleagues from Social Media Management and the Content team to create creative content with strong reach.

Требования:

• Successfully completed degree or training in design, graphic design, communication design, or comparable training.
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience creating content for social media, preferably in an agency environment.
• You have very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) as well as experience with video editing and animation tools.
• You have already gained experience using AI tools in design processes (automation, content creation) and are proficient in prompting for these processes.
• Independent, detail-oriented working style and a high level of commitment.
• Team player, reliable and able to work independently.
• You have very good spoken and written German and good English skills.
• You are confident dealing with different stakeholders and have experience working with clients.

• Ideally, you have initial experience managing employees, such as working students or interns
• Knowledge of WordPress, ideally with Elementor, as well as experience maintaining and developing websites
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as responsive web design
• Experience implementing and adapting web layouts, ideally based on Figma designs
