Scalable Capital is seeking a Junior Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions (m/f/x) to join our Munich office. You will own daily reconciliation, settlement and security transaction processes while supporting the analysis of corporate action events and collaborating with external partners to ensure smooth processing.

The role requires a banking apprenticeship or equivalent, plus a degree in business/finance.

Qualifikationen

• Banking apprenticeship completed or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; bank back/middle office exposure a plus.
• Ability to work under time pressure and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services.
• Support analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing.
• Communicate with external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions.
• Assist in developing scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast‑paced growth of our business.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Gained first experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• Knowledgeable or interested in securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions and correlating banking activities.
• Able to work in a time‑sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
