About The Role

As a Graduate Construction Manager, you will play an important role in delivering some of Ireland's most exciting construction projects, helping to turn plans into reality while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

This is a onsite role, providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced project teams, site managers, engineers and subcontractors, you will gain exposure to all stages of the construction process, developing a strong understanding of how successful projects are planned, coordinated and delivered.

You will gain practical experience in areas such as project planning, site management, programme coordination, quality assurance, subcontractor management, health and safety, and project delivery, while building a strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practice.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, strengthen your technical knowledge and gain experience working on complex projects that make a lasting difference to local communities.

Supported by experienced colleagues and our dedicated Early Careers Team, you will take on real responsibility from day one while building the knowledge, skills and experience needed for a successful career in construction management.

Travel Requirements
