An innovative InsurTech company is seeking a Governance & Legal Lead in Berlin to optimize governance and legal operations across Europe. We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Governance & Legal Lead to design, implement and optimise governance & legal operations across our European business. This role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with regulatory standards, while acting as a trusted partner to the executive team and coordinating shared initiatives with our corporate partner, Zurich. The ideal candidate combines governance & legal expertise with structured execution, project management skills, and a strong understanding of technology-driven environments - particularly software development. Inspired by modern legal delivery models, this position focuses on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation.
