Team & Reporting Line:

As a fast-scaling company with offices in Brussels, Freiburg, Munich, Washington and Toulouse, our multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and strategists is building the future of space-based Earth observation

Your Role

You'll build and maintain the policy backbone that keeps constellr compliant and well-governed as it scales — translating regulatory requirements into practical policies our teams can follow.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update corporate policies and compliance documentation
• Track relevant regulatory changes affecting the business
• Coordinate compliance training across the organization
• Support internal investigations and compliance risk assessments
• Report compliance status and risks to the VP - Integrity

Job requirements

About you

Required:

• Experience in corporate governance, compliance or policy management
• Strong analytical and writing skills for translating regulation into policy
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive compliance adoption
• Fluent German and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a regulated or dual-use/defense-adjacent industry
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 governance requirements
• Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP)
