Zusammenfassung

constellr seeks a Compliance Policy Manager to build and maintain the policy backbone that keeps the company compliant as it scales. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical policies for diverse teams to follow.

This role focuses on maintaining governance, tracking regulatory changes, coordinating training, and supporting investigations and risk assessments. Fluent German and English are required, with experience in a regulated or defense-adjacent industry preferred.

Your Role

You'llbuild andmaintainthe policy backbone that keepsconstellrcompliant and well-governed as it scales - translating regulatory requirements into practical policies our teams canfollow.

Job requirements

About you

Required:

• Experience in corporate governance,complianceor policy management
