We're hiring multilingual Google Ads Digital Marketing & Sales Executives to work with international clients across global markets.

This role is ideal for candidates currently based in markets such as Sweden, Norway, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium or Israel who are open to relocating to Barcelona.

Purpose of the Role

As a Google Ads Digital Marketing & Sales Executive, you will work with companies and agency partners from your assigned market to create customized digital advertising and marketing strategies. You'll operate in a performance-driven environment, helping businesses grow while delivering a strong client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agency partners
  • Provide performance-focused Google Ads and digital marketing strategies tailored to business needs
  • Act as a trusted consultant to help clients optimize their advertising and marketing investment
  • Manage communication via phone, video calls, and email
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality
Requirements
  • Full professional proficiency (C2 or equivalent) in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, German, Danish, Dutch, or Hebrew
  • Advanced level of English
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms
  • Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
