A leading consumer goods company in Neu-Isenburg is seeking a candidate to own new product introductions. The role involves planning launches, training sales teams, and leading business analytics to enhance commercial strategies. Ideal applicants have 3–6 years of relevant experience, excellent project management skills, and a data-driven mindset. Knowledge in retail marketing is preferred. The position is hybrid.

In this hybrid role, you connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, plan commercial launch strategies, and turn insights into revenue. You also lead our Sales Business Analyst activities to ensure our decisions are data-driven and our strategy is sharp.
You report directly to the Head of Commercial.
