Global Technical Service Partner Coordinator (m/f/d) – Bremen
Hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite per week at the Bremen office, fixed‑term contract for one year.
About the Role
The position is part of Global Technical Services, a highly international and matrixed organization that ensures global service operations and partner ecosystems run efficiently, consistently, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Workflow Coordination
- Coordinate end‑to‑end pricing workflows, ensuring correct templates, inputs and documentation are used
- Validate operational data such as volumes, SLAs, capabilities, performance, and cost‑to‑serve inputs
- Prepare complete pricing packages and route them to Sales Ops, Finance and Legal for approval
- Track workflow progress, manage version control and escalates delays where needed
Contract Workflow Coordination
- Ensure correct contract templates and operational requirements (SOPs, SLAs, capability expectations) are included
- Coordinate routing of contracts to Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops and Finance
- Track contract status and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Ensure final signed contracts are stored and communicated appropriately
Governance & Standardization
- Enforce adherence to global SOPs, templates, and approval workflows
- Support compliance checks, audits and partner readiness activities
- Maintain trackers and dashboards for workflow cycle times and governance adherence
- Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central coordination point across Enablement, Service Operations, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Quality and GSA
- Ensure stakeholders receive complete and accurate documentation for efficient review processes
- Support the adoption of global workflows and governance standards (e.g., Ignite transformation)
Requirements
Must‑Have
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, workflow coordination, governance or partner management
- Strong coordination and workflow management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and work with structured processes (e.g., SOPs, SLAs)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global, matrix organisation
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across different regions
- Fluent in English and German
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with pricing or contract workflows
- Background in service operations or partner operations
- Familiarity with workflow and documentation tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence or SharePoint
- Experience working in regulated environments or governance‑heavy processes
