As a Global Senior Product Development Manager, you will lead the product development and lifecycle management of digital and automation solutions, including robotics, wearables, and asset tracking technologies. The role combines strategic vendor management, joint roadmap development, commercial governance, service management, and IT security compliance to ensure scalable and secure technology adoption across the business.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Lead the identification, assessment, and scaling of transformational AD&A technologies across DHL Supply Chain globally.
• Drive the productization and deployment of digital products, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption.
• Scan the market for emerging technologies and collaborate with DHL Innovation Teams to evaluate new opportunities.
• Define product scope, roadmaps, deployment plans, and training concepts to support scalable solutions.
• Lead first deployments, from site selection and implementation planning through to Go-Live and performance tracking.
• Manage vendor partnerships, including selection, contracting, service delivery models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive large-scale technology deployments in collaboration with site, country, regional, and global DSC stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation performance, ensure SLA compliance, and elevate key operational or strategic issues when required.
• Shape and enhance Product Development Management practices, processes, tools, and best practices across DSC.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, customers, and external partners to advance DSC's digitalization strategy.
• Represent DHL Supply Chain's innovation agenda in customer meetings, innovation councils, conferences, and industry events.
• Coach and support graduates, trainees, interns, and colleagues to foster collaboration and high performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU?

• 3+ years' experience in logistics expertise, with an in-depth understanding of operational logistics processes and environments, such as solutions design and operational excellence.
• 3+ years ' experience in technology expertise in areas such as Digitalization, Innovation, IT Program Management, or Project Management, with knowledge of Robotics, Automation, Sensors, Navigation, Data Analytics, and AI.
• 3+ years ' experience in organizational and stakeholder management expertise, gained through consulting, project management, or program management roles.
• Advanced consulting skills, including structuring, analysis, problem solving, and communication, with the ability to influence and realize a strategic vision.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, team management, and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Experience in vendor management, working effectively with vendors of different sizes and maturity levels, from startups and small businesses to Blue Chip organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, regions, and all hierarchy levels.
• Passion for digitalization, innovation, and product development, with the ability to identify opportunities, drive technology scaling, and deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of global, regional, and country-level DSC and DHL organizations and ways of working.
• Bachelor's degree required or master's degree preferred.
