Kühne + Nagel KG is seeking a Global Pricing Operations Manager to support governance, standardization and adoption of pricing processes across a global network. You will work withPricing, Technology and Business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are implemented, adopted and sustained.

In this 2-year fixed-term role you will coordinate SOPs, dashboards, and communications, promoting continuous improvement and digital adoption across Sea Logistics pricing activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics and/or Pricing.
• Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Exposure to international business environments preferred.
• Knowledge of Sea Logistics Pricing, RFQ processes and pricing systems with SOPs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams/SharePoint/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Fluency in English.

Help support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of Kuehne+Nagel's Global Pricing organization. In this 2-year fixed-term position as Global Pricing Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will coordinate processes, systems, communication and governance activities across a global network, helping ensure that initiatives are effectively implemented, adopted and sustained. Working closely with Pricing, Technology and Business stakeholders, you will contribute to building a more standardized, connected and scalable Global Pricing organization.

How you create impact

• Support global Pricing process governance and standardization by coordinating governance activities, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and promoting harmonized ways of working across the organization.
• Support operational excellence and performance visibility through KPI reporting, dashboard management, business reviews and coordination of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Pricing systems and digital tools (including SeaTender) by managing user feedback, enhancement requests, testing, rollouts, adoption activities and user governance.
• Coordinate training, onboarding and user enablement activities by maintaining learning materials, supporting adoption programs and promoting consistent application of processes, systems and standards.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment by working closely with global and regional teams, facilitating communication and helping translate business requirements into operational execution.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation and digital adoption by supporting standardization efforts, process simplification and operational enhancement initiatives.
• Manage Global Pricing communication and knowledge-sharing activities through communication channels, SharePoint environments and community platforms, while coordinating updates, presentations, awareness campaigns, podcasts and best-practice sharing.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics required; Master’s degree in Business, Project Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics and/or Pricing required.
• Experience coordinating projects, initiatives or cross-functional activities preferred.
• Exposure to international business environments preferred.
• Knowledge of Sea Logistics Pricing, RFQ processes, Pricing systems and digital tools, with experience in SOPs, documentation and user adoption activities preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel, required.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, reporting and analytical skills preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
