Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with customers and with the various departments and branches of Crane Worldwide at home and abroad.
• Skillfully communicate and present all aspects of our global range of services and product portfolio to customers, and as first point of contact, empathically take care of any customer complaints and clarify and solve possible delivery difficulties or other problems as quickly as possible.
• Reliably and conscientiously compile data for reporting and prepare it competently and properly for QBRs and KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or practical experience in forwarding and logistics services (e.g., forwarding logistics specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, wholesale clerk or similar), or studies in business administration, logistics economics, industrial engineering, etc.
• Ideally also professional experience in sales or internal sales; driving licence class B is an advantage.
• Excellent German and written and spoken English.
• High interpersonal oral and written communication skills, customer orientation, organizational talent, problem‑solving and task prioritization skills, presentation skills and an independent, reliable and well‑structured way of working.
