Take the next step in your career and join us as a Global Project Quality Manager (m|f|d). In this role, you will ensure project quality excellence, drive compliance with international standards, and contribute to delivering sustainable solutions worldwide.

Your Tasks

• Review customer specifications and legal/statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with Voith Hydro standards and EQM guidelines.
• Prepare and issue project-specific Quality Plans and documentation (e.g., Inspection & Test Plans, QS, MGS).
• Develop and align project and site-specific Quality Strategies, schedules, and activities with overall project goals.
• Facilitate and review Design & Process FMEAs, verification/validation reports, and implement risk mitigation actions.
• Conduct process audits and verifications across Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Field Services to embed quality.
• Coordinate internal and external inspections per ITPs, including NDT, electrical, and dimensional checks, and manage related IT systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capture lessons learned, and ensure quality integration in turbine and generator fabrication processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project quality management, ideally in renewable energy or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, project quality planning, and inspection coordination.
• Proven leadership experience in a global project environment.
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
