How you create impact

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions for Global Project Logistics, acting as a subject matter expert who translates complex business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business demand, automation, digitalization goals, customer needs, and long-term competitiveness.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery, adoption, testing, and enhancement of core platforms such as One Global System (OGS) and Global Stock Control (GSC).
• Collaborate closely with IT, BUIT, software engineers, architects, and external technology partners across agile, cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, product reviews, and solution design alignment with a strong focus on process optimization and structured documentation.
• Represent user and stakeholder needs, coordinating development activities and ensuring cohesive product development and delivery across global teams and time zones.
• Set up and validate new functionalities, provide feature overviews, and support communication, training, manuals, and guidelines to ensure robust system adoption.
• Ensure technology strategy and product roadmaps support standardized processes, template customer use cases, and scalable, future‑ready solutions.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, ideally within logistics or transportation.
• Strong understanding of project logistics processes and the ability to translate them into technical deliverables.
• Advanced skills in requirements analysis, product roadmap management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with agile tools and methodologies (., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
