ABB Robotics in Germany seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead the Connected Care Data Driven offering, shaping strategy and lifecycle across global markets. This role reports to the Portfolio Manager and offers a hybrid/remote work model in a global, innovation‑driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product management, digital platforms or AI-enabled products within industrial automation, robotics or related industries.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field — MBA is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of AI, Physical AI, Data Analytics and digital service business models — with a track record of commercializing technology at scale.
• Proven leadership of global teams in complex matrix organizations, with strong stakeholder management at senior level.
• Experience evaluating strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities or technology ecosystems, including business case development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This Position Reports To

Portfolio Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the Connected Care Data Driven portfolio, being accountable for transforming digital and AI capabilities into scalable products that create sustainable customer value, improve service delivery and enable new business models across the Connected Care organization. You will define the related offering to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets.

Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will lead a global team and drive the portfolio strategy, roadmap, investment priorities and business outcomes in alignment with Connected Care and ABB Robotics stakeholders. You will also play a key role in identifying emerging technologies, evaluating external partnerships and accelerating AI adoption across the installed base and service portfolio.
