Global P&C Coordinator (m/w/d)

Location: Jena, Germany

Work model: Full time (40 hours) – on site/hybrid according to company policy, currently 1 day home office per week on average

About the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic Global P&C Coordinator for global HR initiatives and to support our commercial sites (UK, Italy, France, Switzerland). This role combines operational excellence with strategic projects to enhance employee experience across multiple countries. The Global P&C Coordinator will report to the CFO and deputy CEO in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Your work will focus on

• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of four P&C Managers
• Drive global P&C projects such as compensation harmonization and salary bands
• Serve as the primary P&C contact for commercial sites (UK, IT, FR, CH), ensuring policy consistency and compliance
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for commercial sites and remote teams
• Oversee outsourced payroll, benefits, and collaborate with the Finance Department
• Prepare P&C reports and KPIs (act as SuccessFactors super user)
• Align local practices with global standards and support global mobility (visas, relocation)
• Organize employee engagement and CSR activities
• Coordinate compliance training and support global learning programs
• Provide hands-on support for daily P&C operations at our Jena site
