Zusammenfassung

Grolman Group is seeking a Global Logistics Network Lead to optimize our warehousing and freight network across borders. You will drive digitalisation, automation and benchmarking across logistics operations and partners.

You will develop KPIs and lead international transformation projects, balancing cost efficiency with customer and supplier service levels while advancing sustainable logistics concepts.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in logistics network design, warehousing and freight optimisation within an international environment.
• Proven analytical skills and experience in supply chain optimisation and logistics digitalisation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and international teams.
• Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, hands-on and self-driven with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Passion for sustainable logistics and balancing customer service, cost efficiency and CO₂ reduction.
• Experience in chemical or B2B distribution is an advantage.
• Very good English skills and confident use of Microsoft 365, Excel and Power BI.

As our Global Logistics Network Lead, you will increase supply chain efficiency and resilience by optimising our global warehousing and freight network while advancing automation and digitalisation across logistics operations. By reducing costs and CO₂ emissions and enhancing customer and supplier service levels, you will help shape a smarter and more sustainable global supply chain.

Your mission

• Develop and drive Grolman's global logistics network strategy and roadmap across warehousing and freight

Salary information in line with EU Pay Transparency requirements

Austria: Gross annual base salary €68,000-€80,000, with readiness to pay above the applicable collective-agreement minimum

Italy: Gross annual base salary €55,000-€68,000.

Other eligible EU countries: The applicable salary range will be shared before the first interview.
