Grohe Logistik Service GmbH is looking for a highly motivatedand experienced Leader Logistics Network and 3PL Management (f/m/d).
In this role, you will serve as the owner and expert for network design and development,with a strong focus on 3PL warehouse logistics.
You will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving logistics.

Your Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the network design and smooth 3PL warehouse operations
• Analyze and improve 3PL logistics to increase efficiency andreduce deficits
• Develop and implement process changes aligned with businessgoals
• Act as the main contact between business units and 3PLteams totranslate business needs into technical solutions
• Track project progress and report on key performance indicators(KPIs)
• Guarantee that all processes meet industry regulations and standards
• Ensure consistent stock availability through effective planning andstakeholder alignment
• Streamline communication between internal departments andexternal partners to resolve issues and drive improvements

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in network design, logistics management, and 3PL operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in an international environment
• Proficiency in process optimization and KPI tracking
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Fluency in English and German
