Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Wartung, Anlagenplanung oder Facility Management.
  • Erfahrung im Energiemanagement und Wissen über relevante ESG-Anforderungen von Vorteil.
  • Hohe Kostenbewusstheit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

Your role in our team:
  • Strategic and technical leadership of the Service Function Maintenance and Factory Planning, as well as the global Maintenance and Factory Planning departments within the CLAAS matrix organization (secondary line)
  • Responsibility for group-wide standards of the Service Function and continuous optimization through harmonization, benchmarking, and qualification (establishing best practices)
  • Development and implementation of strategies, tools, and methods for efficient, proactive maintenance management with a focus on digitalization (role as Product Owner Maintenance)
  • Point of contact for the ESG organization, including:
    • Coordination of initiatives to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions
    • Definition of meaningful KPIs to create transparency and development of long-term standards for emissions reduction in operations and projects
  • Optimization of internal and external services in Maintenance and Factory Planning to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to ensure transparency of performance and cost-efficiency within the function
  • Ensuring internal customer orientation and promoting sustainable efficiency across the area of responsibility
  • Initiation and management of innovation and improvement projects to continuously advance the Service Function Maintenance and Factory Planning
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance, plant planning, and/or facility management
  • Strong expertise in digitalizing technical processes, ideally with experience in SAP PM, BIM, and 3D planning
  • Experience in energy management and knowledge of relevant ESG requirements is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation and high cost awareness
  • Hands-on mentality with quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach, plus high flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and priorities
  • Strategic thinking ability and capacity to understand and manage complex, cross-site processes
  • Confident working in a dynamic, cross-cultural, and cross-functional environment
  • Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
