Crytek is seeking a Global Community Manager to lead and scale our community strategy and operations across all titles. You will manage the community team, define moderation standards, and ensure the community voice reaches product and leadership for action.

You will collaborate with PR, Marketing, and partnerships teams while reporting on community health with evidence-based insights. The role requires relocation to Frankfurt and a hybrid work setup.

• 6+ years in community management with team leadership.

As Global Community Manager, you lead community strategy and operations across all of Crytek's titles, reporting to the Head of Communication & PR.

You own how we show up for players day to day: the programs, the channels, the moderation standards and the tone. You lead the community management team and ensure the community’s voice reaches the teams and decision-makers who can act on it.
