We deliver solutions and services to companies in more than 30 countries and work with global leaders such as Scania, Kronospan, and the Volkswagen Group on complex automation projects. Currently, we are searching for a Global Business Development Manager—a high-level independent unit—to accelerate our expansion into new international markets and industries.

Who are we searching for?
  • Has senior-level experience in international sales and acquisition within industrial automation, robotics, or related high-tech machinery.
  • Is a "Global Hunter" with an existing network of contacts and potential clients in the industrial sector worldwide.
  • Is deeply technically oriented and can act as a competent partner during initial technical discussions with customers.
  • Brings real results and demonstrates top-tier negotiation skills—someone who is diplomatic yet persistent and able to win the trust of global C-level executives.
  • Is a proactive self-starter, naturally seeking ways to achieve goals and prepared to deliver results without needing a manual.
  • Is highly organized and able to self-manage their daily routines and global travel schedule.
  • Is a friendly, fun-loving professional who enjoys building relationships, whether over a formal meeting or a casual lunch.
  • Loves traveling, exploring new regions, and understands the cultural specifics of doing business globally.
  • Is fluent in English (additional languages like German are a significant advantage).

  • Leveraging and growing existing relationships, specifically looking for opportunities within the international branches of global corporations.
  • Conducting global market research to stay ahead of trends and industrial innovations.
  • Collaborating on the creation of offers for new automation projects, ensuring the customer's needs are perfectly translated.
  • Acting as a key representative of ICE abroad while closely collaborating with our Head of Sales & Business Strategy in the Czech Republic.
  • Being a part of high-tech projects that make sense and drive the global industrial revolution forward.
