DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools, systems, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent/Native in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Also good proficiency in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply product or service knowledge effectively.
