Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, including shipping options, order tracking, and service policies.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
