Torrey Holistics sucht einen deutschsprachigen Sales Support Specialist zur Betreuung deutscher Kundinnen und Kunden sowie zur Bearbeitung von vertriebsnahen Anfragen. Die Position kann remote oder hybrid in Griechenland ausgeübt werden und bietet eine Relocation-Option.

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team, aktualisieren Kundendaten in internen Systemen und tragen zur Erreichung von Vertriebszielen bei. Bereitschaft zur Relocation wird vorausgesetzt.

Qualifikationen

• Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse für interne Kommunikation.
• Starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
• Kundenorientierte und kommerziell denkende Vorgehensweise.
• Bereitschaft, mit Zielen zu arbeiten und in einem internationalen Umfeld zu agieren.

• Unterstützung deutschsprachiger Kunden und Geschäftskontakte professionell betreuen.
• Anfragen zu Verkäufen bearbeiten und Produktinformationen bereitstellen.
• Bedarf der Kunden identifizieren und passende Lösungen empfehlen.
• Vertriebsprozess unterstützen und zu individuellen/Teamzielen beitragen.
• Kundendaten und Aktivitäten in internen Systemen aktuell halten und Pflege sicherstellen.
