Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Legal Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review and analyze user-generated content, applying the client's legal guidelines to determine if requests should be processed, while meeting strict turnaround times.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, with strong communication and organizational skills. Relocation support is provided, and the contract includes a 1-month training period followed by a renewable 1-year

About the job German speaking Legal Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal!

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Legal Content Moderator to join a leading provider in Santos, Lisbon (great relocation support)!

What you will do:

• Reviewing and analyzing content on an online platform.
• This content is predominantly in form of reviews (textual content), but you could encounter otherformats as well (photos, websites, etc.)
• Analyzing this content following certain set of guidelines by the client and these guidelinescontain legal analysis.
• You will not proactively research legal systems of specific countries/markets, the legal part of theposition is applying the legal framework/guidelines provided to this LOOA team, when reviewingthe content.
• You will be reviewing process incoming legal requests (intellectual or non-intellectual property)E.g. Legal Requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification.
• Evaluate whether each request is indeed to be processed by the team project or whether there isgrounds and validity for each request.
• Understand and remain up to date with client's policies and guidelines.
• Review the request within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• You will gain insights into specific types of digital law.

• Yearly Gross Salary: 15,260
• Yearly language bonus: 3,240
• Yearly target bonus: 5% of yearly gross salary
• Yearly Transportation bonus: 720
• Daily Meal allowance: 7.63 paid in card
• Type of contract: 1 month training contract + 1 year renewable contract w/ 30 days probation
• Relocation support: Bonus of 2,500 if located out of Portugal or 1,000 if you 're located in other Portuguese city.
