WW Talents in Athens is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent to join an international team supporting mobile, internet, and TV services. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) are required. The role is on-site in Athens with relocation support, a 14-month salary, and generous bonuses. Training is provided and the environment is dynamic and international.

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent, you will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls and email, providing support for mobile, internet, TV, billing, account management, and technical issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality German-speaking customer support via inbound calls and email
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile services, internet, TV, network connectivity, data roaming, PIN/PUK, and other technical matters
• Assist customers with billing questions, account activation, and account management
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Perform cross-selling and upselling activities
• Support contract renewals and customer retention efforts
• Handle cancellation-related inquiries and contribute to maintaining customer loyalty
• Accurately document customer interactions, cases, and solutions
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance targets

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent or native-level German with at least C1 proficiency
• English proficiency at B2 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, call center, contact center, telecommunications, or sales is highly advantageous
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Good PC skills and confidence using digital tools
• Familiarity with mobile devices and telecommunications services
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What We Offer

• €1,300 gross monthly salary per 14 months
• Sales bonus of up to €900 gross per quarter, based on KPI achievement
• Productivity bonus of up to €240, based on target achievement
• Transportation bonus of up to €100 per month, proportional to on-site working days after training
• Initial 8-month contract with possibility for extension
• Comprehensive paid training: 2 weeks for Customer Care and 1–2 weeks for Sales
• International and dynamic working environment

Relocation Package

We offer relocation support to help you settle into your new life in Athens, including:

• Airport pick-up upon arrival
• Two weeks of hotel accommodation
• Real estate agency fee coverage to assist with finding long-term accommodation

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
• Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00
